The more you play at Banteng69, the greater the rewards. Our VIP programme recognises every bet you place with reward points, higher cashback, more generous limits, and exclusive benefits you won't find anywhere else. Five tiers of privileges are waiting for you.
Each tier unlocks greater and more exclusive benefits. Tier upgrades happen automatically once you reach the required reward points.
The Banteng69 rewards points system is straightforward and transparent. Every bet you place — whether on slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, or lottery — earns reward points that accumulate in your account.
Point rates vary by VIP tier. Diamond members enjoy the highest multiplier.
Estimate the reward points and cashback value you could earn based on your total wagering amount.
The Banteng69 VIP programme is more than cashback — it's a full membership experience that rewards every ringgit you wager.
The Banteng69 VIP Programme is fully automatic — no separate registration form, no approval process. You start earning points from your very first round.
All newly registered Banteng69 accounts automatically start at the Bronze tier and begin earning reward points from the very first bet.
Every bet earns points — across slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, roulette, and lottery. Points are credited to your account in real time.
Once your cumulative points reach the threshold for the next level, your account is upgraded automatically and the new benefits take effect immediately.
Go to the VIP Rewards section in your account, choose your preferred redemption method — game credits, cash to Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, or a gift of your choice.

In Malaysia's online casino landscape, there are two kinds of platforms — those that treat every player the same regardless of loyalty, and those that genuinely value players who stay for the long run. Banteng69 firmly belongs in the second category. The Banteng69 VIP Rewards Programme is built on one simple principle: the more loyal you are, the greater the rewards you deserve.
Many players hear "casino VIP programme" and immediately picture nothing more than a weekly cashback landing in their account — and that is certainly one key component of the Banteng69 programme too. But the Banteng69 VIP Rewards go far beyond that. It is a comprehensive benefits ecosystem designed to enhance every aspect of your gaming experience as your membership tier grows.
Take withdrawal benefits as an example. Regular players may wait several hours for funds to reach their account. Banteng69 Silver members enjoy processing within 30 minutes. Gold members get that down to 15 minutes. And for Platinum and Diamond members — withdrawals are processed with no daily limit, in the shortest possible time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. This isn't just a convenience — it's a genuinely meaningful difference in your day-to-day experience as a player.
One of the most valued benefits among Banteng69 Gold, Platinum and Diamond members is access to a personal account manager. This isn't just a general support number — it's a dedicated individual who understands your account, knows your playing habits, and can help you secure the best offers suited to your style of play.
Picture this: you're playing baccarat at a VIP table and there's an exclusive promotion you didn't know existed. Your personal account manager will reach out to you directly — via WhatsApp or live chat — to let you know about it and help you make the most of it. This is the level of service that was once only found at five-star physical casinos, and Banteng69 now delivers it digitally for players in Malaysia.
Reward points at Banteng69 are calculated based on your total wagered amount — not on how much you win or lose. That means every slot spin, every baccarat hand, every EPL or Malaysia Super League bet you place all count toward your points. Bronze members earn 1 point for every RM10 wagered, and this rate scales up to 3 points per RM10 for Diamond members.
These points can then be redeemed in a number of ways. The most popular option is converting them directly into game credits — typically at a rate of 1,000 points for RM10 in credit. You can also redeem points for cash transferred to your Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, or bank account via DuitNow. Platinum and Diamond members can additionally redeem points for physical gifts of their choice, arranged through their dedicated personal account manager.
This is a question new Banteng69 players ask all the time. The answer depends on your level of activity. To reach Gold tier (20,000 points), a player who wagers RM50 per session on slots twice a week will reach this tier in roughly 2 to 3 months on average. For more active players or those wagering at higher amounts, that timeframe can be significantly shorter.
One important thing to keep in mind: your VIP tier at Banteng69 is based on cumulative points earned throughout your entire membership, not within a single month. This means points you earned last month still count towards your tier qualification. There is no monthly reset that forces you to start over every month — another key difference that sets Banteng69 apart from some other platforms.
Banteng69 understands that every player has different preferences when it comes to enjoying their rewards. That's why the redemption system is built with maximum flexibility in mind. If you're a slots player who loves long sessions, game credits are probably your best option — they top up your balance directly and keep the spins going. If you'd rather have cash, a transfer to your Touch 'n Go eWallet is quick and straightforward. And if you're a Diamond member looking for something more exclusive, speak with your personal account manager about the special redemption options available to you.

Banteng69 wants to make one thing clear: the VIP Rewards Programme is a way of recognising loyal players, not an incentive to wager beyond your means. Moving up the VIP tiers should happen naturally through gameplay you genuinely enjoy — not through forced betting just to accumulate points faster. Set a comfortable playing limit, enjoy each session at your own pace, and let your VIP points build up on their own. The rewards you receive in the end will feel far more meaningful because they come from a fun experience, not from pressure.
The Banteng69 VIP Programme rewards loyalty — not uncontrolled wagering. We encourage all members to play within healthy limits.
