Banteng69 Terms & Conditions – Official Platform Terms of Use

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings as defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Banteng69" — refers to the online casino platform accessible at https://banteng69.asia, along with all services, features and content available on it.
• "Member" or "Player" — any individual who has registered a valid account with Banteng69 and is at least 18 years of age.
• "Account" — an individual account registered by a Member on Banteng69 for the purpose of using the platform's services.
• "Account Balance" — the total real-money balance in a Member's account at any given time, excluding bonus credits that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" — additional credits or benefits granted by Banteng69 to Members, subject to specific conditions.
• "Deposit" — a transfer of funds from a Member to a Banteng69 account using an approved payment method.
• "Withdrawal" — the transfer of funds from a Banteng69 account balance to the payment method registered by the Member.
• "Wagering Requirements" — the minimum wagering value that must be met before bonus credits can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "RNG" — Random Number Generator, which ensures that all game outcomes are entirely random.
• "KYC" — the Know Your Customer process used to verify a Member's identity.

Use of the Banteng69 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Banteng69 reserves the right to decline registration applications or close existing accounts without prior notice if any of these criteria are not met, or are no longer met, at any time.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

• You must be an individual residing in Malaysia or have the legal right to access the platform from your location.
• You must register under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• You may not register if you are currently under an active self-exclusion period imposed through Banteng69 or any related platform.
• You are not eligible to register if you are an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Banteng69 employee.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, date of birth and payment details. Banteng69 is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided at registration. Accounts registered with false information may be closed at any time without compensation.

You are fully responsible for the security of your Banteng69 account. This includes keeping your password confidential and ensuring that no other party has access to your account.

• You must notify Banteng69 immediately at support@banteng69.asia if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Banteng69 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• You may not transfer, sell, or grant access to your Banteng69 account to any other party.
• You agree to update your account information as soon as possible whenever there are changes to your registered personal details.
• Banteng69 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account for verification purposes if any suspicious or unusual activity is detected on your account.

Banteng69 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only. Deposits made through unlisted methods will not be processed and may be returned after deduction of any applicable third-party processing fees.

4.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit per transaction depends on your chosen payment method and your account's VIP tier.
• Players can set their own daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits through account settings as a responsible gaming tool.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits made via local e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, ShopeePay, Boost) are credited to your Banteng69 account within seconds of confirmation. FPX deposits may take up to 5 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. Banteng69 does not charge any deposit fees on our end; however, payment service providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond Banteng69's control.

Banteng69 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary complications. The following conditions and procedures apply to all members.

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal: RM20 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — Banteng69 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The KYC (identity verification) process must be completed before your first withdrawal. This involves submitting a valid copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad).
• Bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• Banteng69 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security review if suspicious activity is detected, but will notify the player within 24 hours of the reason for the hold.

5.2 Processing Timeframes

• E-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): 5–15 minutes
• DuitNow & FPX banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks): 15–30 minutes
• First withdrawal (after KYC): may take up to 2–4 hours
• Large withdrawals (exceeding RM10,000): may require additional review of up to 24 hours

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Maximum daily and monthly withdrawal limits vary based on your account's VIP level. Bronze members have a daily withdrawal limit of RM3,000; Silver RM5,000; Gold RM10,000; Platinum RM25,000; and Diamond members have no fixed limit, subject to case-by-case review. These limits may be reviewed by the Banteng69 team based on account history and gaming activity.

Banteng69 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all Banteng69 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members who have never previously registered an account with Banteng69.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified in the bonus terms. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirements are met will be automatically forfeited.
• Banteng69 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus credited in error or obtained through unfair or fraudulent means.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no direct cash value.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements (e.g. 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times) are stated in each bonus offer. Wagering contributions vary by game category — video slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and Live Casino contribute at a lower rate. 7.1 Game Fairness

• All games use an RNG that has been audited and certified by independent third parties to ensure fully random and fair outcomes.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot game is openly displayed in the respective game information.
• Live casino game outcomes take place physically in front of a camera and cannot be digitally manipulated.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances without compensation:

• The use of any software, bots, automated tools or technical methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.

7.3 Technical Disruptions

In the rare event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, Banteng69 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on available system records. Banteng69 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end, player device failure, or circumstances beyond Banteng69's control.

• Banteng69 fully complies with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in all personal data processing activities.
• Your personal information is collected solely for the purposes of providing Banteng69's services, processing financial transactions, complying with legal requirements and preventing fraud.
• Your data will not be sold to, or shared with, third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data held by Banteng69, request corrections to inaccurate data, and under certain circumstances request the deletion of your data.
• All communications between your device and Banteng69 servers are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Banteng69 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the Member is under 18 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• At the request of Malaysian law enforcement agencies.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Banteng69 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@banteng69.asia. Prior to closure, any withdrawable balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal via your registered payment method, subject to a minimum withdrawal of RM20 and the fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements.

9.2 Effects of Account Closure

Upon account closure, all bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited. Valid cash balances (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the player within 3–5 business days after the review process is complete, except in cases where the closure is due to fraud or illegal activity, in which case the balance may be withheld pending investigation.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Banteng69 is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Banteng69 platform.
• Losses arising from third-party internet service disruptions, power failures or circumstances beyond Banteng69's control (force majeure).
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the player — all gaming decisions are the sole responsibility of the player.
• Unauthorised third-party access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Banteng69's maximum liability to any Member for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of the Member's most recent deposit made within the 30 days preceding the arising of that claim.

Banteng69 believes the best entertainment is entertainment that is safe and responsible. The platform provides a range of tools to help players better manage their gaming activity. Every Member has the right to use these tools, and Banteng69 encourages all players to take full advantage of them.

11.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set your daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Requests to lower a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day waiting period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a daily session time limit for your play. The system will notify you when you are approaching that limit.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to temporarily suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. A self-exclusion period cannot be cancelled early once activated.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently close your account. This request is irreversible and the player will not be able to register a new account with Banteng69.

11.2 Signs of Problem Gambling

• Material changes (those that significantly affect player rights) will be communicated to all active Members via email at least 7 days before taking effect.
• Minor changes such as language improvements, spelling corrections, or clarifications that do not alter the fundamental meaning do not require advance notice.
• Continued use of the Banteng69 platform after any updates to the Terms & Conditions are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.
• If you disagree with any changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all withdrawable balances before the new terms take effect.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion. If resolution through discussion fails, the dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
